Setting the Standard of Surgical Care in West Africa
MISSION: TO PROVIDE WEST AFRICA WITH WORLD-CLASS SURGICAL CARE
In Nigeria, the scarcity of quality and available tertiary care affects the rich and poor alike. Those who do not have means suffer substandard care, while those of means must fly abroad. Nigerians spend $400 million annually for surgical services in India alone.
CHSC changes this reality by providing the highest quality surgical care in Nigeria and Greater West Africa. CHSC employs nurses and physicians who have trained at world-renowned health institutions and partners with these same institutions to provide specialized care.
PHASE ONE
An urgent care and ambulatory surgical center located in Abuja, Nigeria with 2 examination rooms, a 5-bed postoperative recovery room, digital X-ray, laboratory, and fully equipped OR.
PHASE TWO
Only 5 percent of the available land has been used to build the surgery center. CHSC has procured designs for a larger facility housing expanded care options as well as health and wellness services.
